Terms and Conditions

(Dealer's)

 

1.) That I am an independent dealer of 1BRO GLOBAL, INC.

2.) That I am of legal age, 18 years and above upon signing of Dealer's Application form of 1BRO GLOBAL, INC. (Minors should have Parental Consent)

3.) That I will not sell products witch will directly compete with 1BRO GLOBAL, INC., product lines, as such the company can suspend and/or terminate my membership and cancel all commissions earned without prior notice.

4.) That I am responsible for my own debts and liabilities for all expenses incurred in running my dealership business including permits, licenses, fees, and taxes.

5.) I fully understood that there is no refund of payment, only assignment of name and slot to a qualified person recommended or endorsed by dealer.

6.) That 1BRO GLOBAL, INC. shall not be held responsible or liable for any misrepresentation made by any independent dealer.

7.) That 1BRO GLOBAL, INC. is not liable for any unremitted payments made by any of its independent dealer.

8.) That my success depends entirely on my own effort, method of sales, and marketing strategies to duplicate and multiply people under my own genealogy tree and organization.

9.) That this agreements is no employer-employee relationship.

10.) I hereby agree that as an independent dealer, I need to follow the maintenance requirement in leadership bonus per month based on the Compensation Plan Policies to receive my bonuses, commissions, or rebates.

11.) All commissions are subject to 10% withholding tax.

12.) That the company reserves the right to change prices of entry package and compensation plan without prior notice to sub-dealers and members of 1BRO GLOBAL, INC. Selected key leaders shall be informed/or advised first before the implementation of such changes.

13.) That I promised to comply with the company's existing policies regarding sales and distribution of products especially with regards to prices, the dealer's price and suggested retail price.

14.) I fully understand the company's terms and conditions that I shall at all times protect the interest of the company and observe business ETHICS and promote camaraderie with other dealers and members. 

15.) That, I agree unconditionally on all the terms and conditions herewith upon signing of this dealership form and are subject to updates and revisions.
