F.A.Q


1.) What are the features and benefits of using 1Bro Global LoadCentral?

Can register any active pre-paid or post-paid mobile phone from any of the carriers (Smart, Globe and Sun) or any retailer SIM from Smart, Globe and Sun.
FREE registration.
Two (2) means or applications of selling eloads and e-PINs: via SMS or PC with internet connection using the LoadCentral web tool.
No worries on card expiration.
Capital not tied up to any specific prepaid product.
Safe due to locking feature in cases the mobile unit being used is lost or stolen. Existing balance can be transferred to a new regisitered account.
Load wallet has no expiration date.
Select products are exclusively available in the Philippines with LoadCentral.
Web tool can be locked via SMS when transactions are done for the day.
System-generated sales transaction report. No need to manually list down all sales if selling is done using the web tool. For those using SMS, owners can check list done by their staff by accessing it thru the internet anywhere.

2.) What are the advantages of using the LoadCentral Webtool?

No SMS cost since transaction is via web interface.
Faster and more efficient since it by-passes our access SMS #'s.
For the e-PIN that was just sold, the details are displayed on the PC monitor. The retailer can just write it in a piece of paper in the event that there are delays in SMS.
Even if all the carriers' SMS systems are down, the retailer can still dispense e-PINs by selling to his own account.
A retailer can do advance selling to himself of fast-movers. He can either write it in pieces of paper or print the e-PINs. He can sell a maximum of 10 e-PINs of the same product denomination per transaction.
A static IP address offers the best security for the retailer since transaction using the web tool can only be done in his shop. The DSL ISP normally provides this.

3.) What are the products that I can sell using LoadCentral?

LoadCentral offers over 90 products with more than 400 denominations. This includes the following:

eloads (Smart eload, Globe AutoloadMax, Sun Xpressload)
call cards ( SMART, GLOBE & SUN)
online gaming cards (LevelUp, IP e-Games, Mobius, etc)
internet cards, landline cards (PLDT, Globe, Digitel)
satellite cards (Dream and Smartlink)

4.) How do I become a 1BRO LoadCentral Retailer?


Text: 09227012750 for FullName/Address/Email ads/Identification ID/Age/# to be use in loading
Wait for the LoadCentral Confirmation via SMS sent to your registered mobile number.
Re-load your Loadwallet thru your desired payment solution.(see FAQ #6)
START SELLING.

5.) What are the requirements to be a 1BRO LoadCentral Retailer?


The initial capital for your loadwallet, PHP 500.00 if you direct replenish to LoadCentral
But if you choose to be replenish by your Dealer there's no minimum required of loadwallet

6.) How do I replenish my Loadwallet?

You can go directly to our office @ 1BRO UG10 MegaPlaza Bldg,Ortigas Center,Pasig City; or
Go to the nearest BDO, BPI, or Metrobank branch to deposit your desired amount; or
Make a fund transfer to LoadCentral’s Smartmoney account

7.) How do I unlock my webtool?

Using your registered number kindly send the request with this following text format reset<space>SMS for sms password or reset<space>web-tool for web-tool password and send it to our CSR hotline number: 09285067310.

8.) What if the buyer didn’t receive the e-load? Or e-PIN?


Contact Customer Support and provide the following:
Trace Number and date of transaction if there is a confirmation of the sale.
For eload transaction that are not successful, reversals of amount deducted from the retailer will be made within 24 hours.
For e-PINs that are not received by the buyers, the retailer should use the Resend feature of LoadCentral:
For web tool users, just type the buyer's mobile # on the 'Resend Buyer's PIN' box and click the bar.
For SMS users, just type: Resend<space>retailer's First Level (FL) or SMS password <space>buyer's mobile #. Send to any LoadCentral Access Number.


Note: The Resend feature will only send the LAST e-PIN product purchased by the buyer. It will also not work with e-load transactions.


9.) Can I upgrade my retailer account into Sub-Dealer or Dealer account?

Yes. You may contact @ 09227012750 and avail our P3,988 Dealers Package

10.) What are the LoadCentral Access Numbers?

11.) Will LoadCentral issue or sell a Retailer SIM?

No. Any mobile number (Smart, Talk N' Text, Globe, Touch Mobile, Sun) can be registered as a LoadCentral retailer number.

12.) Can the same retailer number be registered to two or more dealers?

No.

13.) Invalid IP address or is not authorized Error

1. log in to your sub-dealer account
2. click view all retailers
3. find your retailer that's having that particular error
4. click get detailed info
5. edit the Web IP Address
6. replace 0.0.0.0 with *.*.*.*
7. then click update info.

Every time you register a retailer, always replace the 0.0.0.0 with *.*.*.* so they can log on to our webtool.
